I have a couple of suggestions about your site.
1. Get Discus for your comments. It practically eliminates spam and serves a the gatekeeper for undesirable comments.
2. Go to gravatar.com and upload an avatar for your email addresses. They will then show up on most sites - regardless of the software used on the site.

Hi Bro. Ray, Sorry it took me so long to respond to your post. My computer is working o.k. now. I did have a little problem when I downloaded the Avast, I could not access my e-mail account, but was able to delete the program and go back and re-install. It is working fine now. However, after the scan there was something that it could not heal. When I have more time I'll let you know exactly what it is. Thank you so much for your time and patience. Unless you only send out excepts on RSS, that is another leak. Actually, I don't mind when others quote my posts as long as they give me credit and link back to me. There is even a neat plug-in to make that easy = WP-O-Matic. I use it some on my http://chiefshepherd.com site to share some posts of a friend of mine. But he has given me permission and it serves to promote both of our sites. Perhaps that is what you and the other guy need to work on - collaboration. You could both use the WP-O-Matic plugin to create two sites what you each control but contains (in each man's opinion), the best of both sites.

It is just the two books that I am writing that I do not want any copies distributed.

Yup, I notice that. I guess I will leave it without any copy-paste protection.

Actually, I had never had in my mind to use such a plugin till a
blogger copied-pasted 18 of my articles into his blog. I have reported
that new blog to Google but it seems it even gets indexed by Google
now. As long as Google does not penalize me due to those duplicate
posts, it's fine with me.

Thanks for you time Ray. And by the way, where are you in Canada? It
is getting colder and colder now, isn't it?. I would love to enjoy
winter there again someday.

I replied earlier but I had some problems and I believe that comment was lost.
As far as I know, you cannot have BOTH.

If you go to the settings and enable the "disable text selection" it will do #1. If you enable the "disable right mouse click" it will help but then commenters (including yourself) will not be able to right-click and paste into the comment box. (It may be allowed if you use Disqus, I have not tried.)

However, the entire function is bypassed when users use applications like http://www.instapaper.com/ which will allow anyone to save almost any page and even convert it to plain text & allowing printing, etc. This practically eliminates the functionality of the plug-in even if you disconnect the right-click!!

Hi Ray! How are you?
I am writing this because I still have a problem with how to use copyprotect plugin so that:
1. visitors are not capable of using Edit-select all-copy of their browser toolbar.
2. visitors, if possible, can't use File -Save page AS" of their browser, but they can copy-paste only if they're logged in.
